When I started training Systema there was no Systema clubs or studios close so I’d often invite a few of my martial art friends to train and practice Systema. The problem was, we would get stuck for exercises and drills to do. During the first years of my Systema journey, I collected various drills from seminars and videos and recorded them as a reference. These exercises and drills helped me get the feel for Systema with my friends, then to teach my study group and now my Systema class.
